Silver Powder Engineered Oak By Simba Flooring

Silver Powder is an engineered oak floor from Simba Flooring, supplied in boards 1210 mm long and 165 mm wide. That mid width suits bedrooms, condo hallways and rooms where a very wide plank would look out of scale. The board is 15 mm thick in total, with a 1.2 mm layer of real oak on top of an engineered core, so it behaves better than solid wood over a concrete slab or in a building with big humidity swings. The surface is wire brushed, which lifts the grain and helps hide light scratches. A UV lacquer is cured at the factory, so there is no sanding, staining or drying time on site. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silver Powder across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
