Chevron Chestnut Engineered White Oak By Simba Flooring

Chevron Chestnut is cut for a chevron layout, which is why the boards are short at 600 mm long and 127 mm wide. Chevron planks have angled ends so they meet in a continuous V down the room, a pattern that takes longer to set out and install than a straight floor and has to be centred properly from the start. The wood is white oak, 2.0 mm of it over an engineered core, with the whole board at 12 mm. The face is wire brushed, then protected by a UV lacquer cured at the plant before shipping.
