Halcyon #2163

Halcyon (2163) is built around a rigid core of 70% calcium carbonate and 30% vinyl, 4 mm thick, which is what makes it an SPC floor. That construction keeps it waterproof and dimensionally stable, and it comes from HydraLuxe Rigid's Therma collection. Below the core sits 1 mm of cork, which helps with comfort underfoot and with sound: the ratings are IIC 72 and STC 73. On top, a 0.5000 mm wear layer of virgin PVC and a UV-cured polyurethane finish with ceramic bead technology resist daily wear. The design is wood, medium embossed and matte. Each 7.087" x 48.031" plank locks in with the Välinge 5Gi system and floats over the subfloor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Halcyon across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
