Iowa(7mm) Continental By Grandeur Flooring

Iowa (7mm) is a taupe and beige SPC plank in Grandeur Flooring's Continental collection. Families with pets tend to look first at the wear layer, and here it is 0.5mm, listed as 20 mil. The core is 5.5mm SPC, rigid and waterproof, paired with a 1.5mm EVA layer for 7.0mm total, so spilled water bowls are not a worry for the core. Planks are 7” by 60” and float on a Drop-Lock system. Grandeur approves it on, above or below grade, which covers basements, main floors and upstairs rooms. Every box covers 17.72 sq ft, and a full pallet of 2000 lbs suits larger projects. Warranty terms: 15 yr residential, 10 yr commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Iowa across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
