Lemon Zest Supreme X By Grandeur Flooring

Lemon Zest, in natural and beige, is one of the planks in the Supreme X collection by Grandeur. Start with the underside: 1.5mm of cork sits below an 8.5mm WPC core, bringing the plank to 10mm. That cork layer softens footsteps, a real benefit in condos and upper-floor rooms. The planks are 9″ wide and 71″ long, and they install as a floating floor using Välinge 5G click joints, so nothing is fastened to the subfloor. Grandeur approves Lemon Zest on, above or below grade, which includes basements. For wear, the top layer is 22 mil, or 0.55mm. Expect 17.67 sq ft per box at 37 lbs a carton, with a limited warranty of 15 years residential and 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lemon Zest across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
