London, a 9mm NAF Aqua Platinum plank from NAF Floors@Work, is rigid core vinyl made for quieter rooms. Its attached HUSSSH underpad is 2.0 mm IXPE, and the floor is rated IIC 80 for impact sound and STC 78 for sound transmission, useful in a condo. Total thickness is 9 mm. It installs floating, with no nails, on a drop lock system, and it is suitable on, above or below grade. With an AC5 rating and a 20 mil wear layer, London stands up to kids, pets and hallway traffic. Radiant heat is fine with hydronic systems only, up to 26°C.
