Malo Xtra #8088

Malo Xtra (8088) is a water-resistant laminate from the Gallo Xtra collection by HydraPlanks, with an oak design and an embossed surface kept at a mat gloss. At 8.3 mm thick, each board is 195 mm wide and 1215 mm long, a size that works well in living rooms and long hallways. All four edges carry a micro bevel and are waxed, which helps keep everyday spills from getting into the joints as long as they are wiped up. The aluminum oxide top earns an AC4 abrasion rating and Class 32 for general commercial use. Boards join with a Välinge 5G drop lock and float over a separate underlay, since none is built in. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Malo Xtra across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
