New Jersey(7mm) Continental By Grandeur Flooring

New Jersey (7mm) is a light grey SPC plank in the Continental collection from Grandeur Flooring. It measures 7” x 60” x 7.0mm, made up of a 5.5mm SPC core and a 1.5mm EVA layer, with a 0.5mm (20 mil) wear layer on the face. The EVA layer adds some cushion and helps quiet footsteps, which condo owners and anyone with a room below will appreciate. SPC itself is rigid and waterproof, and the plank is approved on, above or below grade. It floats using a Drop-Lock joint rather than glue. Each box holds 17.72 sq ft and weighs 40 lbs. Grandeur's limited warranty covers 15 yr residential and 10 yr commercial use. 22FLOORING supplies and installs New Jersey across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
