New York(7mm) Continental By Grandeur Flooring

New York is the 7mm version in Grandeur Flooring's Continental collection, an SPC vinyl plank in natural and beige colours. Its structure pairs a 5.5mm SPC core with a 1.5mm EVA layer. SPC has a rigid stone-composite core, so the plank is waterproof and holds its shape, while EVA foam softens the feel underfoot and dampens footstep noise. Planks are 7” x 60”, so open rooms show fewer end joints, and the 0.5mm (20 mil) wear layer protects against daily scuffs. They float on a Drop-Lock joint, with no glue or nails, and suit any level of the house, on, above or below grade. Expect 17.72 sq ft to a box. Warranty: 15 yr residential, 10 yr commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs New York across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
