Niagara (12″x24″) Stone Trends By Richmond Flooring

Niagara is a grey tile in a medium shade, made as waterproof luxury vinyl rather than stone, so a basement or a powder room is no trouble for it. Each piece measures 12 inches by 24 inches and 4 mm thick, with a pressed bevel, a low gloss face and medium colour variation from tile to tile. This one glues down and can be grouted, which means the subfloor needs to be flat and sound first; we sort that out before any adhesive is spread. Protecting the print is a 0.12 mm wear layer, plus enhanced UV urethane and an antimicrobial topcoat, and the tile is Greenguard Gold certified. Cartons cover 24 SF each. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Niagara across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
