Cafe au Lait Oak (629 005) is an engineered oak floor in Next Floor's Notting Hill 629 collection. The board is nine layers, with acacia core plies under a 3 mm sawn oak veneer, finished at 3/4″ (18 mm) thick and 7½″ (190 mm) wide. Lengths are random up to 75″ and over 50% of the floor area is 75″ boards, so you get long runs instead of constant end joints. The face is wire brushed and low luster, with a four-sided bevelled edge and a UV-cured polyurethane coating containing aluminum oxide. Oak colourways suit hydronic radiant heat when the floor is floated.
