Oak Alabaster RHWBERKALA Berkeley Collection By Richmond Flooring

Oak Alabaster is the white colour in Richmond Flooring's Berkeley collection, SKU RHWBERKALA. The floor is engineered wood on a multi layer ply core, half an inch thick and 7.5 inches across, cut to random lengths anywhere from 16 to 75 inches. Grading is Select & Better, variation is low and the visual is described as clean and contemporary, with a matte gloss over a wire brushed surface. The finish is aluminum oxide urethane, which is the layer that takes abrasion in an entry or a hallway. Richmond's warranty runs 25 years residential and 5 years light commercial, radiant heat is permitted, and the floor is certified to CARB 2, FloorScore and Lacey. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Oak Alabaster across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
