Product Specifications
The 4 mm top layer is the number that matters most on Oatlight. It is real wood, and there is enough of it that the floor can be sanded and refinished instead of pulled up when it starts to look tired. The rest of the 3/4" plank is engineered construction, which keeps the board stable through a heating season. Width is 6 1/2" and the grade is AB, so the boards stay reasonably uniform. Lengths are random, 16" to 74", with at least 50% running the full length. The surface is wirebrushed. This is a floor for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms rather than bathrooms. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Oatlight across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
