Product Specifications
For a pale floor, Point Reyes comes in light grey and white. It belongs to Grandeur Flooring's Anchor 7 collection and is a waterproof SPC plank, 7” wide, 48” long and 7.0mm thick. That thickness includes a 1.5mm EVA layer under the 5.5mm SPC, which helps soften footsteps in condos and upstairs bedrooms. The planks join with a Drop-Lock system and float, so the job goes quickly and nothing is fastened to the subfloor. It is rated on, above or below grade. On top, a 0.5mm (20 mil) wear layer handles daily traffic. One carton holds 18.91 sq ft and weighs 44 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Point Reyes across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
