Power Dekor lists Pristine Oak as product code 8194 in its Basik collection. The planks are 5.0 in. (127 mm) wide and 47.75 in. (1215 mm) long at 0.5 in. (12 mm) thick, and they click together with a Uniclic Droploc locking system. Because the floor floats, it is not fastened to what is below it, which makes it a practical option over an existing flat subfloor in a condo. Installation is approved below, on and above ground level when an approved vapour barrier is in place. Warranty coverage is 25 years residential.
