Product Specifications
Kitchens, hallways and living rooms are where Soft Beige Oak (R01) makes the most sense, given the AC4 rating and the moisture resistance built into Lee Flooring's 24Hr Water-Resistant collection. The boards run 7 1/2 inches wide and 48 inches long at 1/2 inch thick, with 20.8 square feet in each box. They float over the subfloor, so no glue or nails are used, and in some cases the existing floor can stay in place if it is flat and solid. In-floor hydronic heat is compatible, which helps in homes where the main floor is heated that way. Lee covers the product with a 35-year limited residential warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Soft Beige Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
