Build-up runs 7 mm: a rigid core of 5.5 mm, 70% calcium carbonate with 30% virgin PVC, plus 1.5 mm of IXPE foam bonded to the back for underfoot quiet. On top sit a 12 mil wear layer, medium embossing and a matte finish of UV-cured polyurethane with ceramic bead technology.
