Sand is an engineered wood plank from Goodfellow, sold under product code 714-40 in the San Marino line. The wire-brushed surface has texture you can feel underfoot, and the matte finish with 10% aluminum oxide gloss keeps reflections low while helping the floor shrug off light scratches from pets and furniture. Planks run 74.8 inches long and 7 3/8 inches across at 9/16 inch thick, with a 3 mm wear layer and micro-bevelled edges on four sides. It suits any storey of the home and can be floated, glued or nailed.
