Three installation methods are open with Shore, part of the San Marino collection: floating, glue-down or nail-down, on any level of the home. That flexibility comes from the 3-ply engineered build, which sits more calmly over concrete or plywood than a solid plank would. The boards are 9/16 inch thick, 7 3/8 inches wide and 74.8 inches long, joined tongue and groove and micro-bevelled on four sides. A 3 mm wear layer sits under a wire-brushed matte finish with 10% aluminum oxide gloss. One box holds 31.02 sq. ft. and a pallet is 45 boxes, or 1,395.90 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Shore across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
