Silver Oak is a waterproof vinyl plank with an SPC core, part of Richmond Flooring's Premium Eternal collection. The spec sheet lists its shade as medium. What sets this line apart is sound control: an STC rating of 68 and an IIC rating of 66, useful for upper floors and condo units with neighbours below. The top is protected by a 0.5 mm wear layer, a TruMatte finish and antimicrobial coating. Planks come in at 7.5" by 48.5", listed as 4 mm + 1 mm thick, and each carton covers 28.07 sq ft. Installation is a click floating floor joined angle/angle, and the plank is approved for embedded radiant heat.
