Simcoe Mist Luxury Vinyl By Canaan Woods

Simcoe Mist is a waterproof luxury vinyl floor from Canaan Woods. The board is 60 inches by 7 inches and 8 mm thick, a size that lays out quickly in open rooms and keeps the number of end joints down. Its surface has an antique wood texture under a UV coating, protected by a 20 mil wear layer, so it handles pets, kids and the grit that comes in on boots each winter. Installation is a floating 5G click, which needs a flat subfloor but no adhesive and no nails. A box holds 17.72 sq. ft. and weighs 51 lbs, and the floor comes with a 30 year guarantee. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Simcoe Mist across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
