Smoked Wood HydroXpert Laminate By HydroXpert

If you want laminate that can handle the occasional spill, Smoked Wood from HydroXpert is worth a look. It is rated for 24 hour water resistance and has waxed edges, which suits kitchens, entryways and living areas. The planks are 12 mm thick and measure 6.5" x 48", with a painted bevel along the edges. An AC4 wear layer and a scratch resistant surface stand up to pets, children and furniture. Random EIR texture lines up with the printed wood pattern. It goes down as a floating floor on the Valinge 5G lock, so the planks drop into place without glue. Coverage is 25 years limited residential and 5 years limited light commercial. Each box covers 12.96 ft². 22FLOORING supplies and installs Smoked Wood across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
