Smokey Sandstone 12″x24″ FirmFit® Premium Tiles By Richmond Flooring

Smokey Sandstone is a 12″ x 24″ SPC vinyl tile from Richmond Flooring's FirmFit Premium Tiles collection, in a light shade. Unlike glue-down tile, it clicks together and floats using an angle/tap method, and it can go over water-based radiant heat when installed to the instructions. The rigid SPC core is waterproof, so kitchens, bathrooms and basements are all reasonable places for it. On top is a non-fading 0.55 mm wear layer with a UV topcoat and SE+ anti-bacterial coating, and each tile has a four-sided colour-matched bevel. Sound ratings are STC 66 and IIC 68, useful in condos. It is Greenguard Gold certified and carries a lifetime residential and 15-year commercial warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Smokey Sandstone across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
