SP2803 – GreenTouch 8mm SPC Luxury Vinyl By Riche Flooring

A box of SP2803 covers 18.7 sq. ft., and the planks inside are 9″ wide by 60″ long at 8 mm thick. This is GreenTouch SPC luxury vinyl, built on a rigid stone-composite core that stays flat and waterproof through humid summers and dry winters. The click system lets it float over the subfloor with no adhesive, which keeps the job quick and lets us work around trim that is already in place. A 20 mil wear layer sits on top, thick enough for hallways, entryways and homes with dogs. Painted bevels define the plank edges. You can lay it on grade, above grade or below grade, so a basement rec room is fair game. FloorScore certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SP2803 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
