SP2807 – GreenTouch 8mm SPC Luxury Vinyl By Riche Flooring

SP2807 is one of the colours in the GreenTouch 8mm SPC Luxury Vinyl series from Riche Flooring. Its stone-composite core is rigid, which is what gives SPC both its waterproof rating and its stability, so the floor can run straight from a kitchen through to a hallway without opening at the joints. The planks are 9″ × 60″ × 8 mm with painted bevel edges and a 20 mil wear layer on the surface. They go down as a floating click floor, with no adhesive, over a clean and level subfloor. Any level of the house works, below grade included. Coverage is 18.7 sq. ft. per box, and it holds FloorScore certification for low emissions. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SP2807 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
