SP2809 – GreenTouch 8mm SPC Luxury Vinyl By Riche Flooring

SP2809 comes from Riche Flooring under the GreenTouch label, an SPC luxury vinyl at 8 mm thick. SPC cores are rigid and stone based, so the plank is waterproof and firm underfoot rather than soft like a wood-plastic composite. Dimensions are 9″ × 60″, a wide, long plank that needs fewer rows to cross an open room, and the edges carry a painted bevel. A 20 mil wear layer takes the scratches. Installation is by click, floating over the subfloor with nothing glued down, and it is approved for on, above and below grade use, basements included. FloorScore certification covers indoor air quality, and one box does 18.7 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs SP2809 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
