Stratton Red Oak

Stratton Red Oak is an Excel grade red oak with a brushed surface and ultra-matte sheen, part of the Green Mountain collection. The name covers two builds. As solid hardwood it is 3/4" thick and 3 1/4" or 4 1/4" wide, typically nailed or stapled over a wood subfloor above grade. As engineered hardwood it is 11.4 mm thick and 5" wide, with a layered core that moves less as the seasons change. The brushed, low-sheen face is well suited to family rooms and hallways, where it keeps light scratches from standing out.
