Warm Sand Coastland By Richmond Flooring

Warm Sand, a beige plank at a medium shade, is part of the Coastland range by Richmond Flooring. Its core is SPC, so spills and damp basements are not a worry, and the plank stays stable when the temperature shifts. Installation is click floating on a 5Gi system, angled and tapped together, which means no adhesive and a faster job. Planks are 180mm x 1220mm and 6mm thick. For condos, it lists an IIC rating of 66 and a Delta IIC of 23. The surface has a 0.3mm wear layer, UV urethane finish and antimicrobial coating. Water-based radiant heat is approved. Warranty coverage is 25 years residential and 5 years light commercial, and it is Greenguard Gold certified. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Warm Sand across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
