Winter Birch | 8074 Organik Collection By Power Dekor

Winter Birch (8074) is a floating plank, which means it is not glued or nailed to the subfloor but locks together and rests on top. Power Dekor makes it for the Organik collection with a Uniclic Droploc system, where the end joints fold down to lock. Planks are 5.0 in. wide, 47.75 in. long and 0.5 in. thick. The installation location covers below, on or above ground level, with an approved vapour barrier, so the same floor can run from a basement rec room to upstairs bedrooms. Power Dekor lists the DIY installation level as easy. The residential warranty runs 25 years. Before we start, we check that the subfloor is flat and lay the vapour barrier. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Winter Birch across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
