Wolfpine is glued to the subfloor with pressure sensitive adhesive, the dryback method, so there is no underlay and no floating layer to move underfoot. Planks are 9 1/4 inches wide, 60 inches long and 2 1/2 mm thick, edged with a bevel and textured in register with the printed grain. The 20 mil wear layer, also given as 0.5 mm, is the part that takes the abuse from shoes, chairs and pet claws. It is FloorScore certified, approved on, above or below grade, and not suitable over radiant heat. A carton covers 38.94 square feet and weighs 35.1 lbs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Wolfpine across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
