Product Specifications
Charles, from Goodfellow's Grandview Tiles, gives you a large-format tile look in a thin 3 mm vinyl. The tiles are 12.36” × 24.60” with square edges and are laid in adhesive as a dryback, glue-down floor on any level of your home, from the basement to the top storey. Thin glue-down tile will show bumps and dips in the subfloor, so our crew preps and levels the base before any adhesive is spread. The surface is textured and sits under a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer suited to everyday foot traffic in hallways, kitchens and home offices. Coverage is 38 sq. ft. per box, with 52 boxes and 1976 sq. ft. to a pallet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Charles across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
