Grandview Tiles

Goodfellow Flooring makes Grandview Tiles as a rectangular tile rather than a plank, each piece measuring 12.36" x 24.60". Each tile is 3 mm thick dryback vinyl, topped by a 20 mil wear layer and glued down to the subfloor. A tile layout in vinyl gives kitchens, front entrances and laundry rooms the look of tile with a softer, warmer feel underfoot, and it will not crack if a heavy pot is dropped.

The square edges let the tiles butt tightly together in a clean grid, and the surface is textured. Once glued, the tiles stay put and add very little height, and they can go on every level of the home. As with any thin glue-down floor, the subfloor has to be flat first, or ridges will show through. Each box covers 38 sq ft.

Choose from four colours: Brooklyn, Charles, Golden Gate and Rialto. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Grandview Tiles across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
