Fairview

At 2 mm, Fairview is the thinnest vinyl in Goodfellow Flooring's range, a dryback plank that is glued straight to the subfloor. Vinyl this slim is practical where floor height matters, such as a rental unit being refreshed, a room that meets existing tile or hardwood, or a doorway where a thicker floor would catch. Once the adhesive cures, the planks do not shift, even under office chairs.

Each plank is 7" x 48" with a textured finish and square edges. The wear layer is 12 mil, a sensible match for bedrooms, rec rooms and other spaces with light to moderate traffic. Fairview is rated for all levels. Since thin vinyl shows any dip or ridge beneath it, levelling the subfloor is part of every install. A box covers 51.34 sq ft.

The ten colours are Abbott, Arlington, Bella Vista, Citadel, Glendale, Hurst, Kelowna, Melville, Naples and Vernon. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fairview across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
