1772 Bella Vista Fairview By Goodfellow Flooring

Bella Vista is a 2 mm dryback vinyl plank in the Fairview collection from Goodfellow Flooring. Glued floors sit tight to the substrate, which keeps them quiet underfoot with none of the hollow sound a floating floor can have. The trade-off is preparation: the subfloor has to be clean, dry and flat before any adhesive goes down, and we level low spots first. Each board measures 7″ × 48″, has a square edge and a textured finish, with a 0.3 mm / 12 mil wear layer on top. Fairview is cleared for all levels, so one plank can run from a main floor down to a basement. Coverage works out to 51.34 sq. ft. per box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bella Vista across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
