1775 Kelowna Fairview By Goodfellow Flooring

Kelowna is one of the dryback vinyl planks in Goodfellow's Fairview collection. Dryback flooring arrives with no click profile and no attached pad, so the adhesive and the subfloor do the work and the finished floor feels solid rather than springy. Plank dimensions are 7″ × 48″ with square edges, and the build is 2 mm thick with a textured surface under 0.3 mm of wear layer, or 12 mil. Goodfellow approves it for all levels, which covers basement apartments and below-grade family rooms. A single box takes care of 51.34 sq. ft. We check flatness and moisture before starting, since glue needs a sound surface. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kelowna across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
