1779 Vernon Fairview By GoodfellowFlooring

Vernon is part of Goodfellow's Fairview line, a dryback vinyl plank meant to be bonded flat to the subfloor. Glue-down floors do not need the perimeter expansion gap a floating floor does, which helps in rooms broken up by cabinets, thresholds and awkward corners. The plank body is 2 mm thick, textured on the face, and protected by a wear layer of 0.3 mm, listed as 12 mil, a combination aimed at offices, rentals and spaces taking steady foot traffic. Boards are 7” × 48” with square edges and can go on all levels, so below-grade rec rooms are fair game. One box holds 51.34 sq. ft.; a full pallet adds up to 3,080.40 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Vernon across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
