1774 Glendale Fairview By Goodfellow Flooring

Glendale is a Fairview dryback vinyl plank from Goodfellow Flooring, sized at 7″ × 48″. The square edge detail lets boards butt together tight, so the floor reads as a single plane instead of a field of bevelled strips and there are no grooves for grit to settle into. Under that sits a 2 mm body, a textured finish and 0.3 mm of wear layer, quoted as 12 mil. Because it is adhered, the floor has less room to move with temperature swings than a floating one, and it is approved for all levels. Boxes cover 51.34 sq. ft. apiece, and pallets are made up of 60 of them. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Glendale across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
