Product Specifications
The Melville plank in Goodfellow's Fairview series is dryback vinyl, supplied in 7” × 48” boards with square edges. Its 0.3 mm / 12 mil wear layer is the part that matters day to day, since that clear top film stands between your furniture and the printed surface, and here it sits over a textured finish. Total thickness is 2 mm, so very little height is added to the room. Glue-down vinyl wants a flat, clean subfloor, and we patch and sand before spreading adhesive. Melville is rated for all levels, basements included. Each box holds 51.34 sq. ft. of flooring and 60 boxes make up a pallet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Melville across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
