Dubai

Dubai is Goodfellow Flooring's SPC vinyl plank collection. Every colour is built the same way: a rigid, waterproof stone plastic composite core, 5.5 mm thick including a 1.5 mm EVA pad already attached, under a 20 mil wear layer. That makes it a sensible pick for kitchens, basements and condos, where spills and footstep noise are part of daily life.

The planks measure 5.83" x 48" and have an embossed-in-register finish, so the texture lines up with the printed wood grain, plus micro-bevelled edges. They float over the subfloor on the Unidrop system, which means no glue and no separate underlay to buy, and they are rated for all levels of the home, basement included. A box covers 23.31 sq ft.

The collection comes in eight colours: BathSheba, Harbour Island, Honopu, Matira, Orient Bay, Palm Beach, Sunset and Tikehau. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Dubai across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
