Boardwalk installs as a fold-down click floating floor, so each plank locks to the row before it and nothing is nailed or glued to the subfloor. Next Floor rates it for use on, above or below grade, which opens up basements as well as main floors and condos. A carton holds 7 pieces, weighs 39 lbs and covers 17.9 SF, with 55 cartons to a pallet for bigger jobs. The 12 mm, 195 mm x 1215 mm planks carry an AC4 commercial traffic rating and an embossed in register surface. Warranties include lifetime residential wear, water resistance and stain & fade, plus 15 years of commercial wear.
