306 22010 Silverton Brookside By Next Floor

Silverton comes in wide, long boards: 8.03″ x 47.64″, or 204 mm x 1210 mm, at 12 mm thick. That size suits open living and dining areas, with fewer seams across the room. It is a waterproof laminate in Next Floor's Brookside line, with an AC4 abrasion class listed for commercial traffic, so boots and dog nails in the hallway are no worry. The surface is embossed in register, and all four edges carry a colour-enhanced bevel. Installation is click floating with an angle-tap joint, approved for basements and upper floors alike. Warranties cover wear, waterproofing and stain & fade for life in a home, and wear for 5 years in commercial use. Each carton holds 6 pieces and 15.94 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silverton across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
