306 22012 Echo Brookside By Next Floor

Echo, from Next Floor's Brookside collection, is a waterproof laminate, and its lifetime residential waterproof warranty is the main reason to look at it for a basement, mudroom or kitchen. The 12 mm planks can be installed on, above or below grade. They join with an angle-tap click system and float, with no nails or glue going into the subfloor. Each board measures 204 mm by 1210 mm (8.03″ x 47.64″), with an embossed-in-register surface and a colour-enhanced bevel on all four sides. Its AC4 abrasion class covers commercial traffic. Next Floor also gives lifetime residential wear and stain & fade coverage, plus 5-year commercial wear. A carton of 6 planks covers 15.94 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Echo across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
