307 008 Ledgerock Lakeview 307 By Next Floor

Ledgerock is a 14 mm plank from Next Floor's Lakeview collection with an attached cushion, which helps with sound and makes installation easier. It clicks together with a fold-down joint as a floating floor, and it can go on, above or below grade. The AC4 abrasion class is rated for commercial traffic, so a busy entry or family room is well within its range. Planks are 7.7" x 47.8" (195 mm x 1215 mm) with an embossed in register surface and a four-sided, colour-enhanced bevel. Radiant heat is limited to water-based systems, not electric. Warranties include lifetime residential wear, lifetime residential water resistance and 15-year commercial wear. It is FloorScore certified, and each carton covers 20.4 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Ledgerock across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
