Lakeview 307 by Next Floor
This Next Floor line comes in two builds, so check the colour before you order. Cafe au Lait, Caramel Cloud, Lake House, Ledgerock and Urban Oak are 14 mm planks with an attached cushion for sound abatement and easier installation, and they lock with a fold-down click. Beach House, Boardwalk and Sand Dunes are 8 mm and use an angle-angle click, with no attached cushion listed.
Every colour shares a 7.7" x 47.8" (195 mm x 1215 mm) plank, embossed in register, with a four-sided, colour-enhanced bevel and an AC4 abrasion class rated for commercial traffic. All of them float and are rated for on, above or below grade. Radiant heating is limited to water-based systems, not electric. The thicker cushioned boards are the better choice for condos and upper floors where footstep noise travels, while the 8 mm boards suit rooms where height is tight. A carton covers 20.4 sq ft.
