3219 Midtown Kelowna By Goodfellow Flooring

Midtown (3219) suits condos and apartments, partly because it floats. Nothing is nailed or glued to the structure; the Uniclic profile joins plank to plank, and the 1 mm EVA pad attached to each board takes some of the noise out of footsteps. Overall thickness is 4.5 mm with that pad counted in. SPC construction means a rigid stone-composite core that shrugs off water, and the floor is rated for installation on all levels. The wearing surface is textured with micro-bevels under a clear layer measured at 0.3 mm, or 12 mil. Planks measure 6 by 48 inches and a box covers 27.93 sq. ft., which makes estimating a room straightforward. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Midtown across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
