3222 Southridge Kelowna By Goodfellow Flooring

Water is the usual reason people land on a floor like Southridge (3222). Its SPC core is stone composite and waterproof, so a mudroom in March or a laundry room with an unreliable machine does not put the floor at risk, and Goodfellow rates it for all levels. Each board is 4.5 mm thick once the 1 mm EVA layer underneath is counted, measures 6 inches by 48 inches, and carries a 0.3 mm wear layer over a textured, micro-bevelled surface. The boards float on the Uniclic system, locking to each other and not to the subfloor, which is worth knowing if you may want to lift the floor later. A box covers 27.93 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Southridge across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
