3212 Clement Kelowna By Goodfellow Flooring

The pad is already on this one. Clement (3212) is SPC vinyl flooring from the Kelowna range, and its 4.5 mm thickness includes a 1 mm EVA layer attached at the factory, so nothing extra has to be rolled out before the boards go down and footsteps land a little softer. Above that sits a 12 mil wear layer, equal to 0.3 mm, protecting a textured finish with micro-bevelled edges. The stone-composite core is waterproof, and the range is rated for all levels, basements included. Boards are 6 by 48 inches and use the Uniclic floating system, so no adhesive touches your subfloor. Each box holds 27.93 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Clement across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
