3214 Rose Walley Kelowna By Goodfellow Flooring

Basements are usually where a floor choice gets difficult, and Rose Walley (3214) is rated for all levels, which covers below grade. The reason is the SPC core: stone composite, rigid and waterproof, so humidity and the occasional spill will not swell it. Each plank is 6 inches by 48 inches and 4.5 mm thick, a measurement that already includes the 1 mm EVA pad attached underneath, so no separate underlay is needed over a flat subfloor. Texture on the face, micro-bevels at the edges and a 0.3 mm wear layer handle daily traffic, and the Uniclic click system floats the boards. A pallet of 55 boxes covers 1536.15 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rose Walley across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
