3215 Ellis Kelowna By Goodfellow Flooring

Ellis (3215) goes down as a floating floor. The Uniclic profile machined into each edge lets the planks lock to one another rather than to the structure below, which means no nails, no glue and no waiting on adhesive to cure before the room is usable. The material is SPC, a rigid stone-composite vinyl that is waterproof and cleared for every level of a house, and each board is 6 inches by 48 inches at 4.5 mm thick, a figure that counts the 1 mm EVA pad fixed to the underside. The face is textured and edged with micro-bevels, and a 12 mil wear layer sits on top. A box does 27.93 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Ellis across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
