Southbeach Oak | 8114 Basik3 By Power Dekor

Southbeach Oak, product code 8114, is part of Power Dekor's Basik collection. The planks are 47.75 in. (1215 mm) long, 5.0 in. (127 mm) wide and 0.5 in. (12 mm) thick, a size that covers ground quickly in hallways and open living rooms. They join with a Uniclic Droploc locking system and float over the subfloor, so nothing is nailed or glued down. Power Dekor rates the do-it-yourself level as easy, though most of our customers would rather we handle the cuts around doorways and vents. Southbeach Oak can be installed below, on or above ground level with an approved vapour barrier, and it carries a 25 year residential warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Southbeach Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
